Has anyone heard of Bella Cera? Please advise!!
Comments (2)I've seen the samples in several local stores here in Bend, OR. We actually placed an order for their Maple engineered in "Chocolate Cherry". After placing the order and the store charging us the deposit (50%), we were told that particular "on-sale" flooring had run out and we'd have to choose something different. The company wasn't making any more of this flooring. We, of course, got our deposit back. I have since seen several more samples and they look good, but the local stores sure aren't charging in the $3 neighborhood! More in the $7 neighborhood. Don't know if this helps at all, but that is my knowledge on the Bella Cera brand....See MoreBella Cera or Palmetto Road flooring?
Comments (1)I have Bella Cera, but when I was looking, it appeared that Palmetto Road was the same product marketed under a different name in different areas. My installer said it was the first time he had laid it and he was happy with the quality and how it went together. We are happy with the finished floor....See MoreAny experience with BellaCera hardwood flooring and/or hickory wood?
Comments (12)I have hickory floors, but I went with an engineered wood by Hallmark floors. We got a handscraped, distressed look. I have three active boys and my floors are also in my kitchen. We've had it a year and the floors look great. I really like the character in the hickory and it seems to take abuse. We live in a harsh climate and I haven't seen any damage at the entries or after one of the boys drops something heavy (and that happens, a lot). We talked to a lot of flooring professionals...I think we went to every floor dealer in a 30 mile radius....when debating whether to go with engineered or solid. One of the more reputable dealers said they no longer did solid hickory in wider planks because of a lack of stability. She said hickory was especially prone to this. I am not sure what she meant by lack of stability (cupping, maybe?), but it might be something to ask about....See MoreAnyone used Bella Cera hardwood flooring amalfi coast
