Grout Haze Removal Tip

I have picked up so many great tips on the GardenWeb forums that I felt the need to share one. We just completed our first diy tiling job (about 500 sq ft.) and all was going well...until the grout. Grouting was fine and dried perfectly, but I was left with a haze on the tile I could not get rid of. We used a latex additive in the grout which I think made the haze removal even harder. I tried the haze remover from the tile shop, vinegar and water (scared the whole time I would ruin the grout)along with scrubber pads and none worked to satifaction. THEN I thought of the Mr Clean Magic Eraser that takes the impossible to remove scum off the tub and shower. IT WORKED PERFECTLY. It was almost effortless. Our tiles are 18" satin finish outdoor porcelain. I could wipe the tiles with great control and not even touch the grout. I realize the eraser would not be appropriate to use on all tile...but it sure worked for me!
