They are a Canadian company based in Ontario. I did happen to see (and sit in) a lot of their sofas when I was in Hickory. I did not purchase a Coja couch, but it had more to do with the place that was selling and the very modern look of the couches than a quality issue. We ended up with H&M.

I would advise you to sit in any couch or chair you are looking to buy before you actually make the purchase. What is comfortable to me may not be to you and vice versa.

I received my leather couches a couple of weeks ago and am very pleased. They seem to be very well made. My children "camped out" on the sofa bed last night. According to my daughter it was pretty comfy. The style I purchased is one of the more traditional styles by
Coja--the Hampton.

In an ideal shopping world I would have tried them out first. Unfortunately the reality is that there are very few, if any, quality furniture stores within an hour and a half of where I live--definitely none I could run to between work and parenting commitments. I received all the measurements of the pieces and compared them to existing couches/chairs to determine if at least the height/depth would work. I visited the Coja site extensively before ordering and read all the info I could find about the company anywhere. After that is was a leap of faith. Luckily it turned out well. Now only time will tell if I continue to be pleased.
