What I don't like about the finale is we never hear any of the reasoning behind how the winner is chosen. I liked them both but thought for sure Clay would win.

I refuse to have anything to do with Donald Trump.

Arsenio won more challenges and brought in more money in his challenges so that may be the reason. I was happy as I'm a long time fan of Arsenio but I will say that I would have been just as happy had Clay won. I love the show.

I thought it would be Clays to lose. DH and I are faithful
watchers and we didn't have a clear preferance of who we
wanted to win as with past seasons.

I was sad to see Clay lose. But he still came out on top, IMO. I saw him on A.I., and I have friends who are "Claymates," and just laughed at them. Now I see why they love him, and I had to give them a mea culpa!

I was also fond of the charity Clay founded. It was very unique.

Can I just say I am SO glad I don't have to look at Aubrey O'Day anymore? She is the epitome of Narcissism. I was kind of chuckling last night when she was sitting there with a smirky look on her face because she was being totally ignored. A true "popcorn" moment. :)

And I loved Dayana. Just because she didn't understand some english terminology, Lisa treated her like she's an airhead. I loved Lisa's "comeuppance" when Donald showed the clip of Dayana mock-crying making fun of Lisa. It was well deserved. I could tell Trump didn't appreciate how Lisa constantly verbally abused Dayana in front of millions of people. I didn't like it either. So I was rather pleased by that. Had to get more popcorn. lol

Good season! Big Brother is next!!

I used to like this show, but two hours of it, even when you fast forward through commercials, is too long. I stopped watching it mid-way through the season. The winner won because that's who DT wanted to win. People were fired along the way solely because DT wanted them gone in lieu of people who would make the show more interesting.

It was funny listening to Aubrey O'Day snark about Debbie Gibson. Talk about your pot and kettle . . .

There are too many shows on at the same time & CA was one to be cut from my list. I lost interest when he fired Khloe Kardashian the way he did. I've seen a few episodes since then; did not like the cast last year & from what I saw of this season; looked like another boring season. I don't even remember Arsenio being on it lol

I think maybe I'm in the minority as far as Aubrey goes. Some of the other women were so temperamental. With the incredibly multi talented Aubrey there were not a lot of surprises (except to find she had yet another talent). You knew she was out for herself and out to win. I would hire someone like her in a heartbeat with the stipulation that she had to write all her idea's down first, then consider then bring forth the ideas and why.

With Trump, love him or hate him the guy to me deserves respect for the simple fact that he will not be kept down in times of trouble. So many people give up if they have failures and should realize that the best learning experiences come from such times.

Poor Clay, always the bridesmaid and never the bride! He did an incredible job with his last task and I thought for sure he would win.

I always thought Clay would win, until the last two weeks of the show, then, I thought Arsenio would. I really like Clay also, so, either would have been fine with me.

Aubry-OH MY! I got so tired of listening to her! I think she came up with ideas QUICK, but, weren't as good as she thought they were-obviously since any of her ideas won anything. I didn't even know who Lisa L was until this show, and I have never heard anyone with such a vile mouth, and attitude.

I don't think Trump really kept people on because he liked them. I could tell he disliked Aubry, but, she was kept on for a much longer time than I think Trump wanted her to be. I love Trump! He ain't where he is for his good looks-that's for sure!! LOL!

We are NOT fans of Donald Trump, but this season's cast had a lot of people we like: George Takei, Adam Corolla, Penn Jillette, Dee Snider, Lisa Lampanelli. Although George and Adam are good guys and we knew we'd enjoy them although they didn't last too long, who really impressed us as class acts were Penn and Dee. Lisa went way down in our opinions of her. Never heard of Aubrey before this, but I'm thinking of doing my hair redder for the summer, LOL. She was probably one of the best players, and we would honestly have rather seen Aubrey vs. Lisa in the final.

Not fans of Arsenio or Clay. Clay came off as nasty.

I did buy an Ivanka trump top based on the show.

We were OOT this weekend but got home to see the end of the finale. We did not DVR because we figured it would be all over the news today who won.

ITA, you need to DVR the show or watch it OnDemand because it's only about 1:20. Too many commercials.

gsciencegeek, I loved Dee Snider too! And, you are right, Aubrey and Lisa would have been better "TV", which tells me Donald could have had them in the end, but, does have a reputation to uphold as being a good businessman. I did like Aubrey's hair though.

I almost went for the Aubrey hair last week but I totally forgot about it until she was blow-drying my hair. I'm going to San Francisco soon so it would've been fun to have cool hair to wear along with my Ivanka top.

Oh well, we will do the hair next month. We have a rock concert that day of my appointment, so it'll be fun to have a new look. I was at a meeting last month, and I saw a lady there who had that color, and she was at least 10 years older than I am, so that got me started.

I would last about two minutes with that annoying Debbie Gibson. I ask you, who on the planet earth would have a wall mural painted without first seeing a sketch? She went on and on and on about how Clay was being unreasonable because it was her family member. So!

The show and The Donald are pretty cheesy, with the has - beens, the once-weres, and wanna be celebs....but confess to watching many of them :> /
During the finale I was appalled and utterly grossed out by a comment the hideous Lisa woman made re Clay Aiken's being gay. It was a play on his surname and partially bleeped, but easily understood and went way over the top, IMO. I was offended and pitied his mother who was in the audience, and anyone close to him watching the show. Talk
about the lowering of standards!
