Problem with New Microfiber Sofa, need advice

This spring I purchased a new sectional and matching chair. Its not high end but I really wanted something for the next few years until my kids are a little older. The color was described as leaf green and in the showroom it looked greenish. In my house it looks like a brownish gray most of the time. When I went back to compare colors, it is off from the fabric in the showroom but not enough that you would call it a different color although enough that I could not use their cushions to replace one of mine, it would be noticeable to at least 30% of the people who came into my house

Its microfiber but the difference is their microfiber seems to have a little light texture to it, mine seems more suedey. Mine seems to show seat marks more than the one in she showroom. Also from day one mine would show small spots that need to be cleaned. Meanwhile their sofa that has been in a showroom for almost Two years is pristine. We do not allow food or drink or markers or shoes in this room so not sure where these spots come from! Yet my sofa has tons of small spots that were not there when it was delivered.

From day 1 I thought the fabric on the cushions looked a little loose and messy. I even noted it on the delivery receipt but when I happened to see the furniture at another showroom recently it also had folds so I let it go. However earlier this week I needed to go back to the store so as an experiment I brought the cushion with me. I noted the slight color variation (of course I like their color better) and the texture variation. What was most troubling was when I placed my cushion on their sleeper sofa, their cushion supported you, with mine you could feel the springs of the sleeper sofa (my sofa is not a sleeper). Also because theirs is stuffed properly, the cording is straight on the cushion, on mine the cording is not straight because of the stuffing. While this all seems nitpicky this all affects the look and comfort of the sofa.

Bottom line, the color is half a shade off (dye lot variation?)

The microfiber texture is off and mine stains easily (I have not tried to clean the spots, they may come out easily)

My cushions are much softer and not supportive enough and look messier

The salesman seemed nice and kept my cushion to show the rep who comes next week

What should I do and what should I be asking for

Thanks
