Hi Elaine, Sure, H&M can, and will, pretty much make you anything you want. What you are looking for is non-standard, so there will be a custom charge but since H&M owns its own frame factory its not as bad as you might imagine. Just last week I customized a Campaign sectional for a customer and we added in an additional section to make one very long segment. You cannot have a 4-seat unit with all four seats reclining however, as the reclining mechanism needs to have am arm segment to attach to. In that instance, you'd be better off to go with the Monterey theatre seating group and build that up to suit (every bit as comfy as the Austins, in fact probably more so). http://www.hancockandmoore.com/product.asp?productid=1697 So what you're looking for is an Austin sofa 9034 with dual recliners and one inboard seat added. I can be built as a single unit (would be very heavy, and very hard to move) or as two components locking together with a sectional base (that's how I'd make it if I were buying it). Just a guess here, but take the standard 9034 unit in your choice of hides, and then add approximately $ 1,000 for the extra seat, and probably $ 1,000 to make it split with the sectional interlock mechanism. Pur in a price and location as well. If the cushions are 'sacked' out from use, get new ones at no charge from H&M before you photo them and run your ad. Duane Collie

Hi I have the Austin sofa and the matching chair / ottoman. Couldn't be happier with them, either, this is quality stuff. I went with a fairly standard grade leather because I bought them from Green Front furniture in NC. Green Front pre orders a few dozen of the most popular H&M items so that you can receive them more quickly - but obviously you have to like their choices. I have two cats who get on both chair & sofa and after 4 years I'm just starting to see scratches. I think with a dog's nails you won't have a problem.

I have purchased a H&M recliner from DCollie at The Keeping Room and he has no-fault policy of allowing customers to return a H&M recliner if buying from the catalog and its not to their liking when it arrives. There are so many models, its not hardly possible to stock them all. When mine arrived it was perfect, and exceeded my expectations so I did not need to invoke that return policy from him, but knowing that I could was the key to my ordering. Why not ask your local dealers if they will do the same for you? It does not seem unreasonable to let you re-order something else if you don't care for the first piece when it arrives.
