Thanks for all the suggestions! I will take them and begin my quest first thing next week. The pillow is a 2009 item but I don't know which season. I've seen some blogs touting this pillow and they're dated in August and September 2009. I don't know if I can find the SKU number. It's wiped off the C and B website except for a mention in their reviews section, but the SKU isn't listed. I do know it's called the Carmen pillow, and came in plum, teal and chartreuse.

I noticed that the mineral blue Alvarez that kBob has is made of a different material - 73 % wool , 24% rayon and 3% nylon . The garden Alvarez that I was looking at is- 65% wool and 35% viscose . I have a photo attached of both samples with my leather colors . It does seem like the blue Alvarez material is more durable but I think the garden looks better with my samples . Can you tell I am reaching to salvage this rug ? Lol! Is rayon substantially better than viscose ?

Here is the furniture moved and I certainly can do that . I had it like that for a while and I don’t know how much the family was digging it. The loveseat people are hoping for something to put their feet on and the sofa people would like an ottoman. This arrangement still didn’t seem to work for them to share. It also does make the living room look smaller which is not a bad thing, just something I noticed How about one of those large upholstered ottomans that do double duty? This way both can put their feet up. The important thing with seating is making it easy for everyone to be able to converse without having to shout across the room. Once everything is in, with the excellent help from grover for extras, I think you'll all be much more comfortable with the arrangement.

I prefer the taller frame for back cushions, 6" wide track arm (not too big or small), mortise and tenon joinery construction, cushion choices, back cushion has a 3-channel jacket to keep fibers from shifting and that the bottom foam cushions are wrapped with 3 layers. I worried the very thick cushions of the Gather would breakdown and be hard to replace because of their unusual dimensions.
