Say Hello (and Good-bye!) to Tutter!

This stray kitty adopted us several weeks ago. He was living in our unused barn and we'd see him around the property. I began putting food out for him so he'd leave our songbirds alone and he became very attached to us (and our food :)). He's got the sweetest personality and purrs the minute you look at him. He'd follow us down the driveway to the mailbox and gambol around like a puppy. I started calling him The Other kitty, and the name morphed into T'other and then into Tutter, like the character from Bear In the Big Blue House.

Well, I knew we couldn't keep Tutter on account of our ancient indoor cat. Spike, our 19-year-old Bombay, is mostly blind and deaf and I didn't want the two kitties meeting up. Like and answer to a prayer, I found someone on Craigslist looking for mousing barn cats and my son and I took Tutter to his new beautiful farm home yesterday. Isn't he a gorgeous kitty?
