Have you figured it out yet? I have the same setup, and have had similar problems. I do know how to save to the card reader/writer box ie. I can save a design to a card, but for the life of me can not get any sort of file setup to save the designs in any sort of reasonable manner. If you have figured it out would you please pass the info along to me also?

Check the Husqvarna site and they should have a chart of stitches on their machines. If you are learning the book page by painful page, you will note that for each stitch, there are directions and it tells you what the stitch name is and what uses it has. Your machine also has a sewing advisor and help section on it that will also tell you.
