Health check-in: Week 5

Just came back from a cycling class then worked with a kettlebell for a little while. Managed to burn 800 calories! So excited and relieved that I can be active without stressing my knee. I had a good two week hiatus and didn't eat the greatest and the scale is showing it. My knee has a little bit of swelling left and I think I'm retaining more fluid so I'm predicting a nice loss at the end of the week.

I'm going to work very hard this week to make sure my eating is spot-on, which is easier for me when I'm working out. Oh, I've officially gone back to Weight Watchers too. It worked great the first time and my motto from now on is to not mess with something that works.

I bet my butt is going to be crazy sore tomorrow!
