Here are mine: I have a tangle of cotton string pieces attached to a wooden trellis (with bamboo pole extensions on either side) that sits up against my balcony rail. The rail itself has decorative aluminum fencing that the peas ultimately attach to once they sortof attach to the strings, and they grow and bloom on the outside of the rail/fence. LOL They do sell plastic mesh for climbers that you can try, although I've noticed with most climbing vines, they prefer to attach to other plants and/or themselves rather than whatever you put in there for them. In that case, you have to manually guide them each day (sometimes twice a day).

They bloom in fall and winter -- that is the great thing about them! And you have picked two nice varieties. Here is a link to some planting tips. (See below.) The main thing I have found is to plant them high in a wide but shallow hole, so they will not later sink below grade. And use plenty of good planting mix (it is worth it). craigslist for the stove, it will sell if it is in good working order and clean. utility sink in laundry will come in handy, you were going to replace it rather than just take it out? It is amazing how much you will use one. If you leave it there, I think you will be glad you did! this house did not have one when we moved in, and one of the first things we did was install a new one. where else would we clean our muddy boots, rinse paint brushes, dye rugs and pillow cases or do tie dying, wash the dog, wash out the fish bowls, scrub flower pots........you get the idea. best wishes!

Hi Sara, I don't have any advice besides changing your diet and getting more exercise. Your daughter is a good incentive to losing some of the weight. I do know what you mean about loving certain foods. I have my favorites that I've just had to cut out. It took me a year to gain this weight and nearly a year to make the decision that I was willing to not eat what I wanted to get rid of the weight. Start by drinking a lot of water. I fill 2 (1 liter) bottles in the morning and take them with me to work. That way I know I'm at least getting my 8 glasses a day. Then I cut out coffee and started drinking green tea instead. That gets you more fluids. If you need to eat out a lot, start making bigger meals at home and reserving some for during the day. I make a big pot of brown rice 1-2 times a week and then use it in to-go meals during the week. Cut up a bunch of carrots and celery (takes more calories to chew than you are actually eating!) so you have snack food on the go. Make up little portion sized baggies of almonds, walnuts, dried cranberries or raisins. Planning ahead will help the impulse stops at fast food restaurants. If you stopped at a park instead, took one lap around and then drank some water and then ate one of your healthy snacks I'll bet it would take the same amount of time as the drive thru.
