Never heard from floridabear, and I was the only newbie at the meeting. I'm tired of following the DH's jobs all over the country, constantly moving, packing, changing addresses, etc. And never getting to settle in and make friends. Making some changes in my life. I'm going to try and find a club or two no matter where we move to, and make friends however I can. Mostly I just stay home and unpack boxes, take care of the house, whatever. Not much living, just being someone's accessory. So I'm making some much-needed changes. Hope I can connect with some good people and potential friends. Loved the meeting, and learned alot. Looking forward to the next meeting. Supposed to go tomorrow to the flower display at a local state park tomorrow with a couple of friends. Not sure if I'll be able to do so. Depends on how I feel in the AM. Just had a heart cath yesterday and just got home a little bit ago from the hospital. girlsaylor

the doll actually had a hamper inside of it. if you unzipped the back of the doll there was a hamper. she dont remember much like i said in the post she no longer owns it her parents took it from her when she was little. i appreciate all the post and would of gotten back to yous earlier but with me going to school didnt have time to check it thank you all very much.

You can send for pens over the internet. I do almost all my shopping for doll supplies this way. I just got some really nice colored pencils, that work well with doll faces and eyes. Do a search for "sisters and daughters". She has some great doll face pens and pencils. Good luck, Myrtle

Blaze, check out 'How to Make Clay Characters (Polymer Clay)' by Maureen Carlson (that is one talented lady!). It is one of the best for sculpting polymer figures (faces and all). She also has another book called 'Family and Friends in Polymer Clay' which is just as good.
