Hi Nonnie... Don't have a site to share but an idea. Why not take a picture or two of your best gourds and design your own graphic for your cards. That would make your business card more personal.

Do a search for "gif" the .gif files are the files you see on webpages that move. There are numerous sites that offer them for free. You just have to search. Usually I will type in "animated gif free" or something like that. Just make sure you read the terms of the site before using their gif. Most sites also explain how to save them on your computer. One other thing, they must be opened in your internet browser to work. You didn't specify what your project was so I am guessing it is something that will be on the internet or use a browser. -renee

Scanning and printing off on your computer is the easist / Cheapest way to do this. A lot of people say that they don't like to use the ink from a computer printer because it is not color fast, but unless you plan on spilling water all over your pages or leaving them in direct sun for days on end the computer ink from a printer is fine. Remember to use acid free paper in the printer though. Penny

There is other software out there. Although I have a Viking sm and Viking software to go with it, lots of other people use a program call Embird. It's 3rd party software, at a reasonable price, way less than the proprietary software, which can digitize (which is what your daughter wants to do). I don't use it, so I can't testify to the ease of use personally, but lots of users on my sewing lists use it. It does appear to support the Futura, ie. Produces readable files for her sewing machine. In addition, it will produce files which almost any other brand of sewing machine can read if she decides to acquire other sewing machines.
