It is fortunate to have bees in the area and to make a natural pollination. There needs to be other camellias in the surrounding areas, for variety. Kanjiro is a great plant. It is a good seed producer and good for grafting in the camellias are obtained from its seeds. In the exhibition held in Boiro in the month of December, had a daughter Kanjiro seed obtained. What wonderful sentiments, Dottie. Thanks for your post! I posted our wishes over in conversations but am afraid nobody's going to see them over there! So, here's a link to our card this year! Sending warm & fuzzies to one & all. Here is a link that might be useful: 2009 Kennedy Christmas card

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you too! :-)

Brad, I’m with you and Maryl! I have enough to take care of, no more beds or enlarged beds. I have removed a few plants and a neighbor removed Four big trees that shaded part of my back yard. Out went the shade plants, here come a few more daylilies. No extra work there! Sherry
