Burning a video from you tube?

Is this possible? I am try to learn the art of crocheting and knitting and I cannot find a DVD anywhere. I was wondering if it is possible to download and install a video from youtube?

Download the small program I've put below....
Install after downloading by clicking on the file that downloaded. (It will be an .exe file)

After it installs, run the program.
If you go to Youtube, you can right click the address of the file which is playing, and Vdownload will download it...and also ask you first, what folder you want to put it in.

If it misses the download, you can simply paste the address in it's address bar and click "Download".

I use this program quite often.

We recently bought the 8X12 Sunglo from Costco. I didn't have time to put it togather so I had a friend who is a carpenter build it. It took him 25 hours to get it done. The written instructions are hard to follow but the video was better. He had his wife help him thru the whole project and said it would have been hard with out a second person. For the electric it came with a plug for the 220 but he put a regular 220 outlet in. The outside of the end pieces are hard to bend into place by what the video shows but if you do it like the book says it's easier. The greenhouse is very nice and is very sturdy.

Interesting video Brandon. But I think it has some flaws. My opinions come from pure anedotal, personal experience. Firstly, I have felled many trees -zone 4,5,6, if that matters, and can tell you that I have been soaked- boots and pants, from water/sap gushing up, by the gallons, while in the process of cutting through the trunks of many poplars and willows, and to a lesser degree, maple- red , silver and sugar, elm... The point is, the water/sap was being pushed out from the roots, not sucked up, as evidenced by the water/sap pouring from the cut stump . Definitley a pressurized system of some description. Secondly , if there are no 'valves' in the tree system why doesn't the sap/water release from the top portion of the cut tree? There's 10's, 100's, sometimes 1000's of gallons in the above cut portion of the tree. Food for thought....biology not my forte.

To save the videos from You Tube go to this site (KeepVid) and read the instructions at the very top of the page. You can save the videos in low quality mode or in high quality mode. I suggest the latter. After that you just need software to convert them to DVD format and burn them to a DVD disk. To learn about making DVDs the site below is very helpful. The VDownloader I suggested converts the video to several different formats, you choose. I usually have it make the video an .avi file so Media Player can play it.
Again, it's a free program..no nag screens either.
