Mo, They should be able to tell you what they shut off without charging you, if they want your business again next year. If you have to, tell them that. Let's look at the worst case scenario. The guy that winterized your system moved to warmer climates is no longer available. If your house has water there is a valve that they turned off before your irrigation main shut-off or backflow preventer. I would think they would have asked you where to turn off the water before doing so. Describe your water line as you trace the irrigation main back to your house and then inside. Is your system coming off an outdoor faucet? Is the faucet turned on? Is your system coming off the main house line with a tee before the main water line goes into the house? There is usually another main gate valve or ball valve that is close to that tee connection point in a valve box. Aloha

>>1. what are some ideas for providing a water source for the bees? all references seem kinda vague. Is there a pond within 1/2 mile or so? If not, you could put out a dish with gravel and rocks, clean one's a week. I have a pond but also have another water source. You don't need full sun, I know somebody with hives in the middle of poplar trees, bees climb straight up over the trees. But..I still like my bees out in the sun, find I have less mould or moisture problem this way. You can fence it in, give enough room so you can work the hives, I would think 5 yards around the hives or so, perhaps that you can drive in with a cart or lawn tractor as I do, [have no fence] this way you can load the full honey super into the cart. Task bar to task manger, simply take the mouse cursor place it on an empty place in the Task bar, that's the bar where the clock is now right click on that empty space an select Task Manger once in there you will see at the top a list of functions you can click Applications, Processes, Services, Performance, Networking, Users. At the very bottom of the window over to the left you will see how many process: are running, you will also see CPU usage this should be generally low, and next to that Physical Memory. You can look at each process and see how much Ram (Memory) is being used by that process. and last is End process at the bottom to the right, if you need to end a process, left click that process an choose End process this can occur or be needed if a program is nor closing.

Thanks, but’s that’s a random pool companys website I think. Diamond Brite’s official website has start up instructions but it doesn’t say exactly when it’s safe to swim. Thanks anyway - I will check out the other source you gave me.
