I stole my friend's tortilla press (well, asked her to buy me one from the Latino places she haunts, LOL). Like granjan, she showed me that the tortillas were pressed in between plastic - she used cut-open ziploc bags. I make both flour and corn tortillas for the kids. I can't get the corn ones to 'poof', though! Cute, winsome package. Mine is ready to ship out, just gotta wrap, write, and send....

Your realtor definitely needs a professional photographer. The green paint itself MAY be fine if say, that bedroom isn't really that drab-ly dark. I think you said the salmon has already been repainted? Good... I wouldn't add an extra laundry in the garage, and from what I see of the garage floor, it doesn't need painting. (Then again, there may be parts I cannot see.) I love your woodwork, especially the kitchen cabs. If you leave any objects over cabinets, make them just a couple of items easily recognizable as to what they are - I spent too much time trying to figure them out while looking at that photo. Agree with others about the nipple lights, too. And that write up!

Consider building building your patio the width of and in front of the roof line on the LEFT with a "greenhouse/sunroom" (clear or semiclear) roof that is above your upstairs windows but beneath your roofline. You could have a gentle slope to the roof to move rainwater away from the house but your patio roof would not need to be square or rectangle; instead, you could create the shape of five sides of an octagon. You could have a ridge in the center of the patio roof closest to the house -- a ridge parallel to the two sides of the patio roof that are at a right angle to the house -- sloping the patio roof to left and right of that ridge. Then you could use the end of the ridge farther from the house as a center point from which you could slope the roof in three directions forming the three other sides of the octagon shaped patio roof.

I hate chaise pieces always they force someone to always sit with feet up they limit coffee table use . In fact sectionals IMO are the most ezpensive way to but the least # of comfy seats . Arm rests = comfort so you will have 2 comfy seats both orced to sit with feet up and the a sofa with no arms in the middle pretty goofy seating IMO you will ge the best with a nice long sofa and 2 chairs for a lot less money nad better function the 2 ottomans that can be used for the sofa or the chairs or in a real pihchfor some seating. This is a salesperson trying to make max commission put your foot down now or live to regrt it . I have never bought RH anything so cannot speak to the quality
