Start -> All Programs -> Windows Mail
Tools -> Accounts, push the Add button.

I asked because when I tried to add a fourth to my laptop I ran into problems. I wanted to have a mailbox on the laptop that was not on the PC so I could get mail on the laptop that wouldn't be picked up on my main computer. When I got the laptop I set up the same three mailboxes there that were already on the PC. They worked fine, and still do. All went well adding the fourth box until I tried to send it mail to make certain it was working OK. When it starts checking for new mail it pops up a screen asking for my name and password. That's annoying by itself, but no matter how many times I answer the prompts, the same screens keep returning. I am stuck in a loop of name and password requests.

I am on two active lists so I like to have several mailboxes and IDs.

If its asking for login password, its trying to work.

Usually when I get those boxes popping for login/password its because I screwed up the incoming or outgoing address or forgot the check mark or put it in wrong box for .. 'this server requires a secure connection.

I sat with my laptop on the computer desk amd the PC on, both to email settings. I found no discrepencies. When I have more patience I will check it again.
