Bathroom Layout Question - lots of pics

I need some advice on laying out a bathroom on our second floor. This is a tough challenge, but if anyone here likes puzzles you can consider this a black-belt level puzzle :)

We are going to add a Nantucket dormer to our Cape. Goals are to increase curb appeal, turn a tiny upstairs bath into something more functional, and still have 3 bedrooms with closets.

Here is our inspiration picture. This cape might be larger than ours, we're only 36' wide & this is probably 40' or 44'. But it gives you a sense of what we're hoping for. These photos have notes on them for the builder, so he'll know what I was thinking.

Here's a Nantucket dormer on a more modest sized Cape, probably the same size as our house.

Here is the existing floor plan. The small bedroom on the lower right corner is 10' x 10', including that closet that juts into the room. The small bedroom on the upper right corner has about 3' of space where you can walk upright & the rest of it is sloped steeply.

Here's the layout I'm thinking of for the left (West) side of the upstairs. Our stairwell is slightly off center, so the West side is a little wider than the East. It made sense to split that into 2 bedrooms & put the large bedroom on the East. But ... I can't figure out how to move the bathroom fixtures around & create decent closets in the MBR. The goal is to have a decent sized family bathroom on the 2nd floor (there's another full bath on the 1st floor next to the guest room). And I'd like to have windows on the south wall or at least the southern part of the east wall, right now the only windows shown are on the North wall which can be pretty dreary. Help? Inspiration? Hope?

Thanks in advance for any help - I'm stumped and DH is tired of thinking about the problem.
