I've been having various troubles with my computer for a few days, slowing, mouse freezing and so on, so tonight I ran the free Kaspersky scan and found scary results.

Selected area has been scanned.

I have searched for this trojan and gotten as far as seeing the folder marked "31," but don't know whether opening that to find 781da39f-38ec3980 inside will "deploy" it, or what.

Can I just open "31" and if 781da39f-38ec3980 is inside, simply click to delete it, or are things more complicated?

It is the middle of the night. I am going to run a full MWB scan, too, to see what it finds. Superantispyware didn't find this trojan last night.
