Z. candida is an evergreen species, so you will need to pot them and place indoors, in a south facing, sunny window or in a greenhouse. They also like plenty of moisture and will grow in shallow water. If allowed to dry completely, the bulbs will shrink up and become useless. I would plant them 2" deep in a shallow pot or bulb pan and set that in a shallow watertight container, which can be filled with water, refilled as necessary. Check frequently to insure that the potting mix remains wet or constantly moist. Dig them before first hard freeze. They are said to be hardy to Zone 7 (in ground), but I have lost all of mine in the garden at temperatures of 5°F. Their replacements will be overwintered indoors from now on! Good luck! Rb

I love it when everything works out that way! For my small part I say you are most welcome. The LzD team along with Corrine are a great group of people too. Nice to know you are well on your way to being all cleaned up.

I have always used songs in the MP3 format for WMM. I can put multiple songs into WMM - It is also very easy to trim the songs and to blend them together. You can also narrate onto the slideshow if you have a mic hooked up to your computer. The folks at the Movie Maker forum are quite helpful. I learned a lot from them. I also answered one of your questions over at the photography forum - about making a picture in the shape of Alaska.. Here is what I did: I took a digbat font that had the states - enlarged it and filled it with one of my pictures. Very simple! Sounds like you are woking on a neat slideshow!

Zep, here you go. Continuing education - neat. I'm hoping to take some classes this fall.
