Need Virus/Spyware Help!!!!

My laptop is infected as follows:

Trojan.Dloader.HK

Adware.Ezula.F

Trojan.Dropper.Agent.ER

Adware.Gator

Adware.Newdotnet.F

These files are attached to a file in my download directory under travelicoxp which is an exe file and ends with =>wise from #'s 0018 to 0022 for each of the virus/spywares.

No...Newdotnet is not in my add/remove programs.

I have Bitdefender Plus v10 which blocks it from my computer because they can't do anything else with it. I have tried deleting, safe mode, rename & copy to notepad and others I can't think of right now but it always says it is in use. Bitdefender says to delete it in safe mode but I can't get to BD while in that mode. They say they are keeping the computer secure by its blocking but isn't there a way to get rid of this?

Any suggestions?

go get superantispyware free, install, hit update, choose your C drive to scan do a full scan allow it to clean everything it finds.

then go get malwarebytes, install, update, scan

Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware to your desktop.

* Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
* At the end, be sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
* If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
* Once the program has loaded, select Perform full scan, then click Scan.
* When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
* Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.

then go here and do an online scan

Ravencajun...I forgot to add that I tried to download Super AntiSpyware but after 4-1/2 hours I gave up and I just tried this afternoon after reading your reply and it just won't download. I thought maybe Bitdefender's firewall was preventing it so switch over to MS and still its a no go. I'm at a lost. Great advice though so thanks.

Thanks for the feedback. I'm curious why you doubt it's a virus. I'm not eager for my plant to have one, mind you, and it would be great if it were true, but what lead you to that doubt? Note that the leaves are curled upward here, and the entire plant is leggy/tangly. The temps have been uncharacteristically low, and relatively windy for mid-summer preceding and during this condition (around 75 with significant winds for the past two weeks). In fact, the plant was thriving the most during the 90 degree days and I've been hoping for a return to see if that would help. The pot is fairly big. It was recommended by the nursery for tomato plants, probably 15-20 gallons.

I have installed, used and recommended the following programs. Uninstall all other Anti-virus programs, spyware hunters etc. Download and install the following (all free, by the way) 1. AVG Free Antivirus 2. Lavasoft Adaware (Personal edition-free) 3. Spybot Search and Destroy 4. Spyware Blaster (that name only..no variations) 5. Crap Cleaner 6. A-squared 7. @susieq07, Someone needs to put you in your place. And I'm going to do it! What you are doing is down right wrong. You have not been professionally trained in the removal of malware. If you would have jumped in earlier and told her to boot to Safe Mode and run MBAM this is what would have happened. All programs would have been gone and the malware would have won! Some malware does not even run in Safe Mode. Most of the threats now days installs a rootkit. Tell me..how do you remove a rootkit? If your are as good as you think you are then you would know the answer! If you were a professional then you would know that ASC is bad because it includes a Registry cleaner. A professional would never use that program. Oh an susieq07, Security Tool IS NOT A VIRUS!!! IT IS A ROGUE PROGRAM. Weren't you told that before? If you can't download the tools required to remove the infections you will need to take the laptop in for service or reinstall the software..

did you do the online scan I provided? that should be able to be done since it is online and requires no install. Do that and see if it will clean it for you.

If you have access to another pc simply use it to download the programs exe and burn it to disc then put the disc in that infected pc and install it from the disc. You can always download from another pc then just burn to cd or dvd and install from there.

Ravencajun ... Re my Laptop Problem... I think my downloading problem has to do with IE7. I have Firefox on my desktop and haven't used IE for years so I tried to download Firefox and it won't accept it. When I try to download anything or even try to get into this site the page goes blank but the toolbar & tab say I'm there but nothing on the screen (white page). I copied firefox from my desktop and tried to put it into the programs directory but no go.
What do I need to do in IE7 for it to accept downloads? I changed the certificate setting but still doesn't accept any downloads. I'm just not familiar with IE7 and am sure that might be the problem. Thanks

ok I don't understand why if you have a desktop available you do not do as I suggested and download it on the desktop pc burn to a cd or a flash drive put that in the laptop and install from there ? at the very least try doing it that way to get firefox on it so you can see if you can then use firefox.

did you run any of the mentioned online scans which do not require any type of download?
