Mauirose and Kim: Thanks for the info on Lady Emma Hamilton. I'm going to look for that one next year. Carla: How has the rebloom been on LEH? I agree with you completely about Crown Princess Margareta. Although the first bare root David Austin sent of CPM this spring I wasn't satisfied with. I called and told them it was unacceptable (smallest bare root I've ever seen, drier than a husk) the replacement they sent me was a mutant monster. I had to ask my husband to dig the hole for that baby because of how huge it was. It was grown really well this summer with nice rebloom. I'd buy Crown Princess Margareta again in a heartbeat. Kate

We are in a micro climate where we are 7 -10 degrees cooler than our local weather station radar which is 2 miles as a crow flies. I was experiencing cold burn and other issues on some plants and the local weather station would report above freezing. Finally, I bought my own weather station and realized the temperature difference. Even if my area is upgraded to zone 8A, I know my gardens will always be a 7.

I love IMC and I think Fantasia is beautiful. They are both very unique. I also love red plumeria, they are some of my very favorite. However, in no way could I ever afford to play for one of these. Even at 89 their not in my budget. That being said, I totally get wanting to be the first to own it. More power to you if you want it and can afford to buy it. I only hope the lucky owner will proudly share pictures of their first blooms. In the meantime, I'm going to sit back and enjoy watching the bidding while looking for some plumeria on clearance. I'm saving my nickels and pennies for Aurora Borealis (right - in my wildest dreams ;)! GOOD LUCK to the three of you who are bidding!!!!

I am having problems with FF and found this thread - I am completely out of the news loop so had heard nothing about Java problems so...hope you can help. I have a mac running 10.6.8. In the middle of watching netflix last night I got an error message saying that Java plug in was disabled and to enable it and restart FF. I checked everything and it was enabled, I disabled my ghostery, etc. Nothing made a difference. Today I tried an update to java and downloaded that (found by check for updates on my mac menu). still didn't fix it. So I found this thread and decided I would uninstall the whole thing. I found directions on FF about how to uninststall Java. But when I seach my mac for JavaAppletPlugin.plugin I get nothing, nowhere. If I just search for Java, I get dozens of hits, but none of them for the applet plugin. I went back and disabled it, but am wondering what to do now. How can I uninstall it if I can't find it? Any ideas? I appreciate any help! This post was edited by olychick on Sat, Feb 2, 13 at 17:11
