Built-in mirrored medicine cabinets ~ who makes them
Comments (8)Another nod for Restoration Hardware. I just installed mine last night along with RH sconces and I couldn't be happier. Excellent quality, very sturdy construction. A warning about your plan. I considered the same idea for the framelass glass medicine cabinet in my other bathroom. It's nearly flush with the wall sticking out only the thickness of the door. If you slap a frame around the door, it can't open because the hinge is flush with the wall and the frame on that side would hit the wall. Part or all of your frame would have to be mounted to the wall to make this work. It can be done, but takes some planning and likely some fine woodworking skills. Comments (4)I know the Robern medicine cabinets in our guest bathroom and in our hall bathroom are from the mid-range line, not the lower-end line. They are great. The sides and bottom are dark (brown-black). In our MB we used the high-end line, with silver colored walls and floor, in a 6" deep model. We recessed the cabinet into the bedroom closet, behind the bathroom wall. I needed to store enough of my "stuff" in there! LOL...See MoreMedicine cabinet with bevel

Comments (9)I have a medicine cabinet with three mirror doors. They measure 10"1/2 x 26" each one is beveled and it sits in a small sleeve at the top and bottom of each one a small screw holds it in the sleeve. They slide in. Very easy to replace. I just can't find them anywhere. I bought the medicine cabinet about 15 years ago at Home Depot. Now I can't find it there....See Morekirkhall
