Can't View Pics on Website

I went to Quiltville.com to look at some patterns. All her patterns tutorial, etc. do not display pictures when I open them. I emailed Bonnie and she says she sees them all.

I rebooted my system, checked my pictures, checked other sites and they all have pictures except hers. I have Firefox.

Could any of you check this out and let me know if you have problems. I just can't think of what might be doing this.

I can't even get on the site. I get a blank screen with FF and a "cannot find page" message from IE.

I see everything fine with firefox. Can't explain why it's different for me.

Ellie- Lots of things are supposed to rebloom that do not rebloom here so I can't go by that. And I mean northern rebloomers too. Vickie- I Never paid any attention to branching except for the fact that CAYANNE is shorter and BETTER LATE THAN NEVER taller. It also leans and one of the scapes is on the ground. A terrible fault to me. If that doesn't change then I will not keep it. I refuse to stake daylilies.

First, we need to know what OS you are on and what browser you are using. I don't know how the posting of pictures on Ebay works but How do you know that the seller has made his images 'click able', for enlargement on this auction? (Is it automatically done in the listings?) Have you tried .. 'right clicking' on the picture, opening in a new page .. or tab and then using the CtrL/Scroll wheel enlargement trick?

Beck, I think the fridge wall looks fine and you can hide the soffit or not as you please, no matter what you do on the other wall. In fact, I think the whole thing will look fine. I like your small cabinets up on the range wall. If you can really make them line up with the bottom of the soffit, it seems to me that the best thing to do is to do false doors on the soffit, especially if you can take it out over the sink. If the cabinets have visible frames, put them on too, so that it really looks like the same top level cabinets. You could also just paint the soffits to match the cabinets. I wouldn't do the angle/window wall soffit in wall color, because that will emphasize the step down. Either way, you could do something different on the fridge wall pretty easily. I'm a fan of clean lines, so I don't want to gunk it up, but another thing you could do is an angled lattice that matches the beading on the stiles and rails, on the soffits. Or hang a light sculpture. Or clad them with stainless to match the appliances. I mean, there are all kinds of things you could do, but the best way to carry your design all the way around, I think, is to run the cupboards up. I have a weird soffit with pipes in my current laundry and pantry. It's just going to get enclosed in the new cupboards and go away. :)

Try this click tools clear all private data, reboot try site again.

You also should try Internet Explorer and see if the page displays in that browser.

Firefox works fine for me, ONCE I click on the IE Tab. I get red x's until I do that. I've noticed that a lot of sites, particularly like Office Depot, ebay, even GardenWeb, don't display right unless I use the IE Tab.

I cleared all private data, didn't make any difference. I checked all my security settings. My computer is secure and all my spyware, etc. is on and working.

I did have 5 updates so loaded them. One update was Explorer 8.0 and my McAffee advisor cautioned loading this saying it could expose my computer to others so I blocked that update.

I can see pics on any other site I go to. I don't understand what to look at and wonder if it is my computer at all. Could it be my browser, service supplier?

I get pictures not showing on emails like magazine websites and this is to protect my system from others being able to see it.

If you think of anything else it could be, let me know. Thanks.

It could be the browser sure so try IE, It's also possible the web site itself is experiencing issues...

Do you have the FF add on, ad block?
If so, it could be that blocking the pictures...

Whether you use it or not you probably still have a version of IE on your system. Try the site with it.

There is no significant reason not to upgrade to IE8. Other than the common "apples and oranges" preference of users it works just fine and is more secure than any prior version.

Historically McAffee products are not front line applications.

I just wanted to let you know I resolved my problem by going to the site through IE. I don't know why this doesn't work on FF anymore. Thank you for so many replies and you are just a great group of computer whizes.
