Yes, I work for a school district and the superintendent sends these files to all of us periodically. I have gotten the information second hand so far. (I suggested that he just put the news in the body of the e-mail, rather than in a separate file, but he doesn't want to.)

or on most laptops there is the exclusive key for right click menu, the key is usually available between right ALT and CTRL key (to the right of space bar).It looks like a sheet of paper with lines on it

Many laptops have one undivided bar below the mousepad...but there is actually a right and left click button underneath. For a right click, just click on the right side of the "single" bar.

Kudzu9, I tried that and, guess what, the bar does tip down a bit on the sides, something like a teeter-totter. How is it that I never noticed this before? Thanks so much!
