How come it appears you did part of your neighbors area? That deep furrow is the property line between our two houses and my lawn used to be a mix of 20% tall fescue / 80% weeds however for some reason, that entire side of his property was bermuda grass that was invading about half of my lawn. Which, coupled with the fact that I only had about a 10'x10' patch of fescue left, made me decide to renovate. I had planned on asking him but considering he moved out around Thanksgiving and is letting his house rot until the bank finally forecloses I figured he waived any rights he had towards objecting what I do what that small swatch of his grass. There are a great number of expletives I could use regarding his decision to buy a bigger house in a nicer neighborhood while allowing this one to just sit vacant. The neighbor on the farside couldn't care less which leaves me to mow the yard, patrol the parameter - to ensure it doesn't become the local hangout for deviants (as it's what I used to do when *I* was a kid, lol - and all the other chores that need to be done simply to ensure the health & safety of my 10mos old child. Down here, I've found that tall grass leads to all manner of nasty insects, snakes, etc. to set up shop, not to mention the overgrown and soon to be dilapidated look doesn't do much for my property values. :sigh: And the S.O.B. is a real estate agent, you'd think he'd at least rent the place out rather than allowing his credit to tank because of the impending foreclosure. But, to answer your question specifically, there would have been little point in renovating my lawn and leaving his bermuda grass at that property line as it would have simply continued to spread back into my yard over and over again. As it is, the double application of Round-Up followed by the Tupersan I put down at seeding doesn't seem to have gotten _every_ bit of the bermuda grass and by the time I can start mowing my new lawn I'll be out there trying to proactively kill off the last bit of stragglers poking through.

My experience with Verizon tech support has always been positive. They're available, knowledgeable and concerned. Granted, if your issues come from a specific app you installed, etc, there may be a limit to what they can do. Call them from a different phone so that you can manipulate entries on your Galaxy S3. As you suggest, the other approach is to just do a factory reset. That'll require you to set up the phone again. It's easy insofar as apps are concerned, you can do it all quickly from a PC browser connection to Google Play.

None of my business and this is not what you are asking and you probably love it so ignore my comment. Would you consider getting rid of that wall paper border above your cabinets? Your backsplash, flooring, counters, and DR paint colours are all colours of now - and everything flows really nicely. You've done a great job of keeping the Baltic Brown current (I thing it looks great in your space) and putting the Black Galaxy on the peninsula would be cool. I'm just wondering though , is that a black appliance by the peninsula? Would it clash? I can't tell what that is. The green above your cabinets is feeling really heavy. The green around the archway is better and maybe without the border it would be ok. It's just feeling an dlooking really 80"s. Sorry.

Galaxy Tool Supply is a good retailer. People reading this thread now may not be aware that when Lindy1096 posted initially in early October, i.e. two months ago, several of her posts were deleted due to very harsh language and her extreme responses to anyone who didn't agree with her. You can kind of tell if you scroll up to Fori's and DCJersey's posts how shocking Lindy's posts were. While certainly every retailer can have a blip, or not be perfect 100% of the time, the Kitchens Forum has seen so many GWers happy with their Galaxy Tool Supply service and sinks. Hurricane Sandy may have had an effect on shipping times, I don't know. Though bringing up Hurricane Sandy and its devastation puts into perspective Lindy's fury over her sink grids. I am certain that Galaxy Tool Supply's 16-guage sinks by Ticor are not the same as Elkay's 19-gauge sink sold at Costco. Lindy's claim is incorrect. Galaxy Tool Supply is a very small shop, and they likely empowered Tasha to act as manager, even if that is not exactly her title. With a small business, everyone wears different hats. I can only imagine the tongue-lashing Tasha has received from Lindy, and I feel bad for her. Tasha I am sure has no control over shipping times.
