Countertop combi steam oven?

I used to have a Gaggenau combi. I loved it -- used it every day, multiple times a day. I steamed and roasted veggies in there, reheated things, baked on occasion. But mostly, I used it to steam and roast vegetables, and loved how roasted brussels sprouts came out when I added a bit of moisture.

More importantly, my 7 year old loved eating veggies.

Then we moved to an NYC apartment where the Gagg was not doable. It's been a year, and I still miss the combo like crazy and I need a solution. (There is simply no way to install the Combi here.)

That said, I have infinite counterspace. I've tried many of the usual steaming products, but I can't seem to reproduce the broccoli that came out of the Gaggenau, and of course roasting with 20% or 40% moisture is impossible.

My kid notices, and isn't eating veggies as often. It's making me crazy.

Is there something I can set up on a counter that will do, mostly, what my old Gagg did? The Panasonic NE-2180? The Amana Steamer Express? Something by Cadco?

I'm desperate. Please help.
