UPDATE - My impression of Zephyr customer service has changed completely since my last post. I am positively impressed with them. They returned my call and apologized for my initial negative experience (the day I tried to contact them they were swamped by calls, late in the day, their queues did not work properly). The product support representative whom I have been talking to, Tim, has been amazing and very patient. The motor in our Zephyr Savona unit is no longer available (it was first generation and built in Italy), however, he has taken the time to brainstorm with me about potential causes for blower failure including button assembly or capacitor and is shipping out a couple of parts for us to try so that we don't have to replace our unit. I am so grateful for this level of service and comfortable recommending the brand, based on my experience with the Zephyr Savona product and service.
