I find that my treadmill time goes by faster and easier when there's something I can "do" while I'm walking/jogging. Some people can't manage to read while exercising, but I do. That really helps. If I had the space to put the treadmill in the same room as the TV, you bet I'd use it while watching videos or shows. I'd NEVER sit down to watch TV if I could be moving on something. A mini-trampoline or even just sitting on a Pilates ball can help with keeping some part of you active (even if it's just the abs) while you otherwise watch TV or play games. Glad it worked for you! It just makes sense, doesn't it?

Around here S central pa,people put ads in paper advertising an old home to be dismantled for whats useful.This is where the restoration people get their supplies.We had an old farm house,barn,on land hubby bought we had 3 people wanted the barn,house for beams,flooring,etc.Theres money in that type of thing,also Id run an ad in paper forthe windows Im sure theres someone who could use them at only a year old.

A standard service drop line from the pole to the house has two twisted pairs to provide two lines. They make telephone cables that have 750 or more twisted pairs but again, the fact that both your landlines ring in succession has nothing to do with the wiring. Most people are only familiar with the standard telephone book that has people listed in alphabetical order by last name, but the phone companies also have telephone listings that are listed alpha/numerically by county,city & street address. Most ppl using a telemarketing service prefer to solicit by using the street index. In that way they can solicit a small section of the community that could be serviced easily by a follow up rep in a day, thus saving communiting time if you opt to accept whatever service is being offered. The telemarketing person you speak to on the phone has no real idea who they are talking to of where you may live. The supervisor inputs a list of leads or the parameters for a neighborhood canvas and the operator just sits in the chair and hits a button to start the dialer. When the phone answers they read information off the screen to you, and if you opt to want more info they have a long list of Q & A that they can respond back to you. The moment the call ends they hit a button to end the call and the auto dialer selects & dials the next number, which in this case is the next number listed by street address.

In my area, and I think in California in general, Verizon for many, many years was heads and shoulders above its nearest competition. Which was ATT. I first experienced this myself back at the turn of the century (it sounds longer ago than it is), I used to carry two phones, one of each of these two. The ATT was a backup (and then later a Blackberry) used when the Verizon's charge got low. Invariably, wherever I was, the ATT phone's signal could be marginal or even absent in places where the Verizon phone had a strong connection. I think ATT since then has significantly enhanced its network and I think it's more on par with Verizon than it used to be. Up until two years ago, I still had one smartphone of each system and there were places I'd be on road trips around the West where the ATT signal was inferior to the Verizon one. I still have two but when I replaced the secondary phone that I have for a specific purpose that's from a mobile virtual network operator (a "mobile supplier" that uses other company's networks), it was a phone that also uses Verizon. As I love mod says, it can very much vary with the terrain and my normal haunts are hilly. That does have an effect.
