Thanks, Mikie. I can't locate the disk nor the registration #. Dell shipped this machine loaded with the software. I don't remember if I had to type in the code #. I paid full price for the full suite but Dell won't have anything to do with my losing the disk. The computer is 3 yrs old and I don't know what happened to the disks which came with it. We moved this year, maybe I left them behind or lost them. Just doesn't make sense as I have all the disks for our other 4 computers and can't find any for this computer. I keep all disks together in a box and they aren't there. Hindsight, should have checked before reinstalling Windows. I think it could be possible, Dell never shipped the disks with the computer but can't prove anything. Meanwhile, I have a all my Word docs sitting on-line and can't bring them back. Microsoft doesn't sell 07 and the only place I could find it was on Ebay. I have Office 03 on my other computers. I can't use those disks because they are registered to those computers. Comedy of errors...it is a real learning experience. Jane

I finished my taxes about 2 weeks ago, using Turbo Tax online for the 3rd year in a row. I couldn't be more pleased, and I agree with Pam about transferring last years info. Not sure if there's any advantage to buying the software...besides not having to go anywhere to buy it ! Also, I was halfway through with my return when I found out that I could get a discount on the fee if I signed on to Turbo Tax through my bank's website. So I signed out of the direct link to Turbo Tax, signed back in through my bank's website, & finished my return. Fee went from $35.00 to $22.00.

These programs are really great to use. My problem is that I need a program to tell me what furniture to use and then tell me where to put it.

I ahve the Benjamin Moore personal viewer software. If I am having a tough time with color, such as recently with my bedroom, it does allow you to change the color in the actual room. You do have to consider that the color provided by the software does not adapt to the lighting conditions in your pic, so you get an idea of what the color would do, but maybe not an exact idea. It is handy when I am having trouble visualizing...but if I just want to see the color, the free version works just fine. More important to go to something like myperfectcolor.com, find a color you have a paint chip for, and calibrate your monitro to match the chip. That way what you see in the monitor is fairly close to real life. I have two settings on my monitor, one for yellow based colors like gold and browns, and one for blues and reds and purples. Change out depending on the color I am looking for.... terry
