wow.... I am very surprised to hear this or find this info out... only because of recently wanting to buy more seeds and didn't know if the seeds I had were still viable. Well, I purchased these seeds in 9/07 and still had left over but no name of vendor on them... so I started digging. I am impeccable with my receipts, and was able to track down old invoice..... WHICH low and behold was DAN PIERCE.... In my experience (back then) I DID (obviously) recieve my seeds, and planted and grew some.(so they weren't "duds") and even recieved EXTRA gifted seeds... uploaded pic... and the original invoice from paypal... Could I have acquired it from clicking on an image?

mike kaiser, A hacker can start an https session to break into a gmail account just as easily as not. I don't think it provides any security against hackers, it just prevents interception (by using encryption) when the session is on a non-secure network. For people on a secure/home network, no effect. I'm not certain and the preceding could be wrong. It's a good practice anyhow to have nothing in your email account that you wouldn't want in the hands of someone with bad intentions. That way, there's no reason to have anxiety about unauthorized access. You change your password, or in more serious cases, you set up a new email address, and move on with your life. People get so dramatic and fearful about such things, an email break-in isn't like a home invasion by a gang of 5 lawless bikers.

azioh, I think you're prepared for a problem that's most unlikely to happen. I understand people like using these programs. For a home user (aside from a business use case when it might be required), I've never understood why. I haven't had a mail system mistakenly delete an important message. Have you? If you think that's a risk, then you could do your printout or other disposition of contents when important messages are first read. As a last resort, all messages can be re-sent. If an important one gets lost or misplaced, it should be easy enough to get a duplicate or find another way to get the attachment. Flight itineraries are especially easy to get from the airline's website, they're always available. Many travel and airline sites will do a download that can be easily imported to an electronic calendar. Google mail automatically reads flight info (like itinerary confirms) from emails and puts it on your calendar. For those using other mail systems, there are sites like Trip-it who will provide the same capability.
