most pictures unless the website doesn't want you to know.... simply right click the picture, and choose.. Properties. Will show the url web address, and size.

if you mean you want to save the picture to your computer just right click directly on the picture and select save image, when it comes up asking where to store it select a folder or location on your pc that you will remember and send it there.
On pinterest sometimes you have to left click on the picture to go to the actual source page it comes from that will open the website directly and if you want to save the picture from there just follow my above instructions. Some people block their images from being downloaded however so you could run in to that.

I'm not sure that is the answer It is beyond looking at properties. RC on Pinterest there are some of us who faithfully give out the best info concerning the artist as we go beyond just repinning but do the research on the internet to learn and give credit to the artist.

One of the woman I have become friends with on there found a beautiful piece that we think is a watercolor or may be done in tissue paper as there is a beautiful lightness to it. We both would like to buy it. However, she found it on FB and that is an extreme example of futility.

However, Kaiser or Kudzo gave a hint on here of how to get to the source up in the menu area. Perhaps he (whoever) was talking more about a photo that has not been passed through many people.

I hope you like Pinterest, Raven. I repin about 30% of the time and the rest is through blogs and other internet sites and some subscriptions to mags. I like the art mediums and have learned about fractals which some on here might know about. They are beautiful. I wonder if you or others have tried to create any.

This may not be what you're looking for either but "Tineye" can sometimes point you to other places on the web where an image is posted. If the image is new and unique, it probably can't. But for older popular images it often works.

Wow, chugger, I know I have not seen Tineye before. It's great. Surely, I can make good use of it. Really quite a nice tool and they don't ask much of you in order to use it.

I have been using Tineye for years it is a very helpful tool.
However if a picture is from a private account you won't get much help.

I think what you are talking about in your post is the page source to view all the info from an individual webpage that would be VIEW > page source
