Design question re shower tile

Bathroom is 10' long x 6' wide. The shower is on one short end, measuring 3 x 5. The door and toilet are on one long side, and the vanity and mirror will be on the other long side. None of this can be changed. The floor is very nice carrara, and we won't change it unless we "have to".

We were originally planning to use 12 x 24 grey tiles in the entire shower, and possibly install glass tile on the mirror/vanity wall as an accent (we had already picked that tile).

Yesterday, while looking for floor tile, we saw an accent tile we love, and that goes great with the carrara. My questions are: 1) it seems silly now that I think about it to spend mega-bucks tiling a wall that will be covered (mostly) by vanity and mirror (agree or disagree?), so 2) we though about doing the whole long wall in the shower in the accent tile and the two short walls in the grey tile but are wondering whether that would look too "chopped up"?
