Sorry I do not distribute other peoples proxy addresses. You just have to take some time to find some good ones. There are literally hundreds of sites listing them. It helps to kep yopur proxies as close to your geographical location as possible for the best latency and response times.
The other boxes are for protocols other than the HTTP protocol (insecure web surfing):

Its goal is to function as an improved form of Anonymous FTP, with features similar to that of the World Wide Web. The Gopher protocol offers some features not natively supported by the Web and imposes a much stronger hierarchy on information stored on it.
SOCKS v.4 and v.5 Host: Socks protocol provides a framework for client-server applications in both the TCP and UDP domains to conveniently and securely use the services of a network firewall. The protocol is conceptually a "shim-layer" between the application layer and the transport layer, and as such does not provide network layer gateway services, such as forwarding of ICMP messages. This is an application layer protocol, but finding a socks server working on the specific port that you need could be a duanting task. There really is no reason to use this unless an organization you are affiliated with is running a socks proxy for you for use of a certain application(s) for client to server connectivity using the security of their network instead of yours.
No Proxy For: is a place to enter addresses that you will not use a proxy for. 127.0.0.1 and localhost are you, your internal loopback interface. Connecting to those are connecting to your own computer. If you run a webserver or other server and want to connect to yourself, then it wont go through the proxy. Enter the addresses here for the ones you wish to visit and not go through a proxy.
Automatic Proxy Configuration URL: is for organizations who want to synchronize all of their users under the same proxy configurations automatically. Users click on this link and automatically set up their proxy configuration
to their organizations defaul setup.

The only way to hide you ip is to run through a proxy server. No stand alone program alone will do this for you without the use of a proxy server somewhere.
If you want to surf the internet, there are quite a few ways you can accomplish this anonymously:
You can set up Internet Explorer to use a proxy server by clicking on TOOLS >> INTERNET OPTIONS >> CONNECTIONS >> LAN SETTTINGS, then at the bottom where it says PROXY SERVER you enter in the proxy server IP number and PORTS number, then click ok and apply. You can get lists of free proxy servers to use. This takes a bit of trial and error as some of them go online and offline at sporatic rates, however some are there all the time, so it pays to keep a list of good ones. In firefox, it is under TOOLS >> OPTIONS >> CONENCTIONS ETTINGS.
Another way is if you have web space capable of running PHP server side scripts. You can isntall the script called PHP Proxy to connect to and use it to surf anonymously using your web servers ip addres as the proxy and sirf from the web page. It basically uses php to create a proxy server. It should be noted that you should protect this or hide it with a unique name so others do not find it an use it as a launching pad for malicious activity.
select MANUAL PROXY CONFIGURATION, then enter the IP/address of the proxy and port on the line that says HTTP PROXY.
then click OK, then OK, then surf away.
if the proxy is far away or on a low grade service, it might be slow.
if it is not configured for public access you might get an error.
Some proxies also disallow certain types of scripting, POST FORM DATA, or GET functionality, so it pays to play with this and try different proxies until you find one that is fast or close to you in geographical terms for the best overall latency and response times, and ones that will offer then functionality you desire.
They also tend to pop online and offline at random, as most are just misconfigured webservers or private proxies to begin with.
The best proxies I have found are public ISP and University proxies. They are very fast and stable.
Be very careful. The government and universities in cooperation with state and federal law enforcement authorites often set up great proxies for trying to sandbag and catch those comitting criminal acts over the internet, like http request flooding, fraud, identity theft, stolen credit care usage, terroristic activities and communications supporting terrorism, and other forms of hacking, so please use your good common sense when surfing through someone elses equipment and services. It is best to assume all communications and data entered when connected through a proxy is logged and read by the authorities.

Another box is ... No proxy for: localhost, and a number
Another box is... Automatic proxy configuration url: This box is empty.
It looks like I can simply turn this on and off when I want to use it by switching back to... Direct Connect... the proxy info remains in the boxes for when I want to switch back to using the anomalizer.
