Best body sprays for my aching lower back??

i will be installing a custom vertical shower spa using mostly moen products (iodigital). i'm looking for recommendations on the best PULSATING body spray heads. surprising the el cheapo waterpic we currently use does a pretty good job therapeutically. is there any reason why a typical massage style shower head cannot be used as a body spray? i've never used a body spray system and do not know how invigorating the different ones are. anyone out there really like or dislike theirs? thanx to all who post to this great forum!

(sorry no answer) - I'm looking to install the same digital valve (Moen ioDigital) - have found little online about actual users. Please post once installed!

That said, I don't think ioDigital pulsates the body sprays like the Kohler DTV does, so you'd need to find a body spray that has that capability.

I'm looking to use Kohler bodysprays, they have an eco-friendly model that gets good reviews (can you imagine how much GPM this shower setup will use!>!>)

Hansgrohe is known for being the pioneer of showerheads and body sprays and they offer some fabulous products. I might suggest checking these products out by searching Hansgrohe on Google or whichever search engine you may be using.

Ahh, A boat ride. I was blessed with a note in my mailbox that someone needed help clearing out a garden and to bring your shovel and pails. I did. She wanted it all gone, granted she had about five other gardens, even more full. But she was moving and wanted this garden gone. I took a lot and came back the next day to clear the rest. I spent a good 4-5 hours sunday planting the 100+ asiatic lilies, columbine, phlox, daylily varieties. This garden fairy godmother also split some praire smoke, pasque, saxigragia, yarrow, delphinium, husker red, iris, and others! I had an area 80 feet wide by 10 feet deep to fill and this gave me a great start, since we have a very big lot which we had to scrape nearly clean since it was so overgrown(mostly by perennial weeds)! Unfortunately I was not able to get the names for many of the plants, or in the hurriedness they fell off when I could. But nevertheless, it was great! I then took some advil and we went out on our boat for a ride. I was hoping to tan my face so that not just the back of my neck is tan from looking down in the garden. Iced coffe sounds good, I bought a latte before and couln't take another drink, I heated up too much! great string! Holly

Yoga is a best practice for which your spouse must do early and every morning. my dad is having the same issue he started sleeping on terrace every night in enough oxygen and he wake up early and start doing his yoga for an hour daily. it took about 1 month and he have seen results.. may be this can cure his problem as well and doing yoga is very effective thing which everyone should do for always being fit..

I also have spondilolisthesis. When it was at it worst, I could barely walk due to pressure put on the sciatic nerve that went down my legs to my feet. I've had a couple of MRI's, & they mentioned surgery down the road. When I talked to the Spinal specialists why they didn't want to do surgery now, they said that there are so many therapies/drugs coming down the pipeline every day, it would be better to possibly wait it out. I've been going to a Pain Manangement Clinic & I get cortizone shots in my lower back. I'm basically laying over an x-ray machine so the injection goes exactly when it needs to be. Very minor pain--like a bee sting in your back. The injection (for me) usually last about 6 to 8 months & have been a God-send to be pain free & to be able to walk & move about without pain. I've been able to work part-time again & best of all, pick up & play with my two young granddaughters. Best of Luck to you~~katclaws

I love teh Kohler water tiles because they are flush but if your looking for some off the wall bodyh sprays with 2 spray modes (might even be some with 3), I like the looks of some Grohe ones but I got some Hansa dual mode body sprays.

Hansa is a german brand but they are part of KWC which is s swiss brand (go figure). I only went with them cus I had some other Hansa stuff and so when I saw Hansa body sprays just went with them before doing more searching and finding the grohe ones that i liked the looks of better and were cheaper (usually grohe is the most expensive so I'm still having buyers remorse that I found something mroe expensive then grohe) but was already too late so I hope we like the Hansa ones.

unlike the water tiles, luckily off wall body sprays are mostly all seem to be the same connection so you can just unscrew them i believe and put on new ones so worst to worst if we dont like the Hansa ones, we can sell them and get different ones. I'm sure the german built and quality will be you get what you pay for (i hope)

But yeah Kohler also makes some off wall sprays and I think the master shower kohler bodys prays there is a 3 spray mode version though kinda pricey.

There are lots of body spray makes, just try to find reviews and go with ones you also like the looks of. I'll let you know how the Hansa ones work. They are probably great, i just like the looks of the Grohe ones better.

Also sounds like you the op are looking for strong ones to get a vigourous massage from them. Thats going to depend on water pressure so something you may want to look into which I am as well that many ppl do use with a shower with a lot of sprays is a water pressure pump to increase water pressure.

i have found one that seems to be good and will do the job but still hoping to find some more and get a definitive answer on a water pressure pump that would be good to increase pressure enough for 8 body sprays and 2-3 shower heads if having the pump feed just that bathroom.
