please help 5 x 7 tile layout/materials selection

Hello! I am gathering tile/vanity top/material selections and floor and wall tile layout ideas. I love reading about all the help we can give each other here and I look forward to adding knowledge when I have some. I like clean lines, a monochromatic pallette the color of Jerusalem Gold marble/limestone but ceramic tile walls, porcelain floor, vanity top Cosentino Eco in color Crystal Sand.

With my 5 x 7 bathroom with tub I plan to replace everything and keep the exact same layout of our 1970s bathroom. Design feedback I seek is:

1. floor tile will be 12 x 12 but I'm not sure I like the diagonal layout. I like hopscotch layout and I think that is 50% 12 x 12 and 50% 6 x 6 or 6 x 12. What are nice options you suggest for floor tile layout in my very small space? My inspiration image below is diagonal layout.

2. Wall tile/field tile is 6 x 6 ceramic same as floor or 2 x 2 inches. This is American Olean Alysse in Cafe color. A designer sketched this quick idea for me below. I am leaning to tiling 3 walls (tub wall in Swanstone Prairie, similar to tile tones...don't want to clean and maintain tile in a heavily used tub/shower). For accent strip horizontally at about 48 inches up from floor like we have in our current 'before' photo, I would love ideas. Currently I'm deciding between the 1 x 1 glass in greens in this image as a 4 inch strip of 4 rows, topped by the bullnose same as field tile OR 1 1/2 inch x 6 inch recycled glass tiles color 'English Ivy' a dark sage or olive green tone. Very last image pasted below has an accent tile border of 4 one inch tile rows and it is an inspiration too.

wall tile grid or brick joint layout? I don't have a preference

Can I tell you anything more to help you help me? Thanks for all the talent I see here. I love reading other peoples' experiences!
