I had the same problem today. It appears to be a programming error on the webpage. They will probably eventually catch the error but you could report it at the link below. HTH.

I can't understand why. Both links work for me. The second link I posted I got from the bottom of the Computer Help Forum webpage. It's listed under "Technical Problems."

I had no problem accessing either site. Tjg911, is your antivirus application up to date? Any new firewall software?

Both links worked here.

Perhaps you should consider doing a few scans Tom to see if bad guys have taken over your confuser.

i can get to the link and i fill out the info it's when i SUBMIT that i get the server error.

i'm done! too much time wasted on this.
