Which grout color for ming marble hex?

We've installed white subway tiles on the walls and 1" ming marble hex tiles on the floor of our second bathroom.

I'm thinking of using Custom Polyblend's Platinum for the subway tiles mostly because of comments I've read here about white grout yellowing but also because I think a little bit of differentiation between tile and grout will look better. Do you think this will work for the onyx hex tiles as well? Both tiles are from Daltile. The people at Daltile suggested Snow White for the hex. Can I use a different color grout on the floor from the walls?

I've already tried a couple of the green colors and they were both way too dark.

I didn't get any responses on my earlier post where I mistakenly said my tile was onyx in the subject line. I'm hoping someone who has used ming will see this.
