Can I use java or isn't it safe to use yet. I play alote of POGO games and can't play them with out java?

I use Java every day and haven't encountered a problem yet.

Java is porous as far as security goes. Oracle tries everything they can to reduce and deter intrusion, but their responses do have limitations.

I personally haven't had Java on my system since they last go- round, and haven't missed it.

All that being said, I have an associate who also plays on Pogo, and I needed to install the current version of Java so she may do so.

I would say the proper approach is to be fully informed of the pluses and minuses of Java, and make an informed decision as to its use.

there is one on our property,luckily it doesn't sit near pavement and we have had no spreading. BUTwe bought this house right after 04 hurricanes and it had busted right in half.On our property that was no big deal as we have a few acres and it was NOT near a house. My hubby wants it as it is a GREAT privacy screen. It is as tall as ever now. The grandkids climb(only to wear it broke,it made a cool shelf)They also play underneath as it makes a fun secret playhouse. The Giant Leopard moths and other creatures find refuge in it. So,there are my thoughts.I have lost over 15 mature Laurel oaks to disease and all my HUGE slash pines to borers so I am hesitant to remove anything thats not causing a problem(I did remove ALL pepper trees and Australian pines though)and am planting a few of every tree i can,mostly natives good luck tanya

Using Java gel stain on a water damaged table

Got a dining table from CL with a little water damage (only the top color is damaged), which is perfect otherwise. I am planning to use Java gel stain for this table top to cover up the water damage. Can someone who has experience with the gel stain suggest whether it works or not ie., the stain can hide the damage.

Unfortunately, I have to run Java because my broker's trading platform is written in Java.

If you keep Java, be sure that you have real-time malware protection and run weekly scans.

yes you can use JAVA for playing POGO game. Java is very secure, But for gaming Eclipse is best. It is more secure than jdk. Eclipse is protected to malware.
