American Universal Corp Horrible Service

I e-mailed one question to them. They didn't respond to it nor to two follow up requests sent over about a six week period. That's pretty poor and made my decision to not consider buying from them very easy. If they can't even answer an e-mail, I do not trust they'll be very responsive to any product issues if I bought from them.
