I admit to being totally overwhelmed. I've been to three stores today and read countless posts. Somewhere I read that Kenmore was great and LG unreliable and then I found out that the Kenmore Elite Trio was made by LG! Confusing, no?

We don't necessarily need counter depth but the shallower the better. I MUST have my crushed ice dispenser AND I don't want stainless steel.

What do you experts recommend?
