A bit of Twitter trivia and minutia: ⺠A guy here in the Dallas area interviewed for and was hired at a leading router manufacturer. He twittered something about the company that was less than favorable and got caught by one of that company's employees. The news station that reported it said that they chose to un-hire him.
Can anyone read anyone and everyone elses twittering?
Is it like me posting here, that anyone on the www can read my posts? Do you have to join twitter before you can see and read just what it is like? I know you would have to join in order to post twit, which I won't be doing.
I guess if one did not stop and think before twittering, it would be like opening one's mouth, and inserting one's foot, for all to see.
I thought it was just for cellphone SMS messages. You leave a text message what you're doing,, subscribe to your friends messages.. and waste your day reading everybody's messages & somewhere along the line you see your neighbor is in Home Depot to pick up a caulking gun and you just remembered you need to return his caulking gun quick before he gets home.
I am not a twitter, I accidentally got involved and "following" a friend and the next thing I knew I had people coming out of the woodwork wanting to follow me on twitter and my email was flooded, so I backed out quickly and deleted all signs of twitter. I am not into the social networking.
