Ever hear of or use Onlinecomputerrepair?

Yesterday, I discovered I have the vundo trojan on my pc. There are two of us, one of whom uses mainly the PC and I believe he might have opened an attachment which contained this nasty bug. I goggled looking to see how to remove this trojan and came across a site called Vundoremoval.com. They give a step by step instruction or, if you're not handy at that, recommend a site called onlinecomputerrepair.org. They charge a flat fee and are open seven days a week and you call them and they walk you through the removal using remote connection.

Has anyone ever heard of or used this company? I'm checking it out through other sources, but always know I'll get good advice here.

I had Trend Micro on my system which didn't catch this nasty bugger and now Trend won't work either. Unfortunately, I didn't learn NOT to uninstall and reinstall Trend till after I did. So I'm left without a working virus program. I did make sure that windows firewall was turned on, since I believed nothing of Trend's was now working. I could install the latest version of AVAST, but read that it would then be infected too. I did install SUPERantispyware and it caught some and removed it, but I'm pretty sure not all of it.

I'm typing this on my MAC so that I don't have to use the PC till I get it cleaned up.

Thanks for the help.
