Anyone build a Donald Gardner 'Richelieu' or 'Edgewater?'

Both of these plans are similar. We just started construction and used the Richelieu (with lots of "tweaking"). The Donald Gardner website has lots of photos of lots of houses, but unfortunately, not the Richelieu.

If anyone has built this home, I would so appreciate some photos!

Okay, so I'm about 2 years slow in reading your post, but I hope that perhaps you can now assist my family. We are considering the 2 plans that you referenced but actually prefer the Richelieu. Do you have any tips for tweaking or things you wished you would have changed that we could benefit from? We would love to see pics if you have any available. Thanks!

I'm curious to any of you who have actually built a DAG home, are you finding them "dark" like everyone seems to assume when they comment on these plans, are they thinking that no light comes in because of the covered porches? I'd love to hear your level of satisfaction with one of these one story homes with the various porches and covered patios in the back.
