blue star vs windcrest cooktop and turbochef oven

We are in the process of a complete remodel of our Los Angeles home. I am working on the kitchen, and am trying to get a commercial quality kitchen which doesn't have the ss commercial look. I also keep a strictly kosher kitchen and need to modify the kitchen to fill my needs.

I was totally set on having 2 cooktops- the diva de provence 24" induction and the new blue star drop-in 30" cooktop. Then I saw the 30" five burner Windcrest cooktop, and noticed that its center burner is a open burner with 18,500 btus and costs a whole lot less! So, I am debating whether I should make DH happy and save some money and sacrifice a few btus... but am wondering if anyone has any experience with the Windcrest cooktops?

I have also been admiring the new turbochef double oven. Has anyone on the board have an experience with them?
