Question for tile experts-chair rail tile and frameless mirror?

I picked a beautiful chair rail tile molding to trim the wall tile (we are doing a half-wall). We are going to get a thicker door and window casings to match the thikness of the chair rail. But both myself and my contractor aren't clear what to do where the chair rail would be meeting the mirror.

I don't want to trim the whole mirror with the same molding because I think it would be too much for the space, would like to use a beveled frameless mirror. In that case, the trim would be a bit thicker than the tile+mirror and we'll be seeing a corner of it.

I hope it makes sense the way I described it. Is there any way to deal with this decorating problem?
