If you are talking about the web site GameFly, it's safe. It's like Netflix for games. However, the question is whether you want him renting and buying games using your computer. I don't use this service, but I believe that you have to sign up and then agree to a monthly service fee. (See link below.)

As far as the download speed:
1. Are you talking about downloading a specific game?
2. What exactly is it you are talking about uninstalling?
3. What is the speed your ISP provides you?
Here is a link that might be useful: GameFly

I've watched it...stumbled onto it by accident. I thought it was silly fun! OK...stupid antics, adults acting like children and I got caught up in the silliness. I need to "let go" and be a kid every now and then.....ya know!

Games like the train game?

I don't play many games but I occasionally play Train to fill in a couple minutes. I like Bubble Shooter too but it takes longer to play. BTW, you can download the Bubble Shooter game. Just save the webpage (complete) and grab the file called "bubbleshooter2.swf" out of the folder. I'm not a Windows/Mac person though so can't tell you how to play it offline. I assume something like Adobe Flash Player? How to Play Adobe Flash SWF Files Outside Your Web Browser (Offline I can see it better because I can make it full screen, or at least bigger than it is on the webpage)
