My friends and I have used incredimail for years problem free. I use it with Aol and road runner mail and never get multiple copies so I don't think it's an incredimail problem. Look at the mail on your sever first and see if there are mutiple copies there is all I can think. Have you used incredimail for a long time and this just started? Mary

I have used it for many years with no trouble at all. They changed it to Incredimail 2 and the problems started. I just have Incredimail on the sever. I almost ready to stop using it. I'll keep trying for a while longer. Thanks for your help.

No I mean your ISP. When you log into your ISP to check mail are there multiple copies on the server or does it happen after incredimail grabs them? Not having any problems here but I didn't see any updates come through so will be on the look out. Mary

Ok googled and here is a solution. I don't leave a copy on the server so maybe that's why it doesn't happen to me. Mary
