If you use Firefox there is an add-on called ReminderFox which by definition is "designed to display and manage reminders and to-dos." It places an entry in the Tools drop down menu, and an icon (a string as though it was tied around your finger) on the Add-on Bar just above the clock.

I use it all the time.

Yes, it works with Windows XP but I do not know where you find the calender and address part?

Forgot to mention, the date on my CD is 1997.

I used to use it until I purchased Hallmark Card Studio 2005 Deluxe.

My son down-loaded the firefox add on but I can't find it any place. Can you suggest where I might check. I sound pretty stupid and maybe I am. This does sound like something that could help me.

I've seen the star reminder site. Does that one ring a bell for anyone?

Double check the add-on list to be sure it is installed. Tools>Add-ons.

If it does show it has been added, then View>Toolbars>make sure the Add-on Bar entry is checked. The "forget-me-knot" should then show just above the clock.

There should also be an entry on the Tools drop down menu. Mine is fifth from the top.
